This mission effort will be serving students at a Bethlehem Christian Academy location by hosting a VBS, sharing the gospel, and having fun with our students! There will be a viewing of The Hope Film, which will give opportunities to share the gospel in a village setting.
All team members should be prepared to share the story of what God has done in their lives, both with the team and in relational contexts.
Selected members will be asked to lead morning devotionals to encourage the team and turn hearts to the Lord.
The $250 Application fee will be directly used to secure airline tickets. It is included in the overall cost of the trip and will be applied once received. This is non-refundable and will be used as your cancelation fee to the airline if you have to unexpectedly pull out of the trip.
Prices fluctuate due to airfare ticket costs. The closer we get to the trip, the higher the rate of airfare will be. This means there is a chance that we may have to raise your trip cost slightly as our cost is a guess based on where prices are now. We will keep you fully informed of any changes that may arise.
If you would like to avoid credit card fees, you can send a check for everything but the application fee. Please put your name and specific trip in the memo. Here’s the address:

Parental Consent Forms for Minors
If you are participating in this trip and you are a minor who will not be attended by your parent or legal guardian, we require that this form be completed and submitted to our team.
Background Check Consent Form Required
Because of the nature of the work we are doing it is likely that every team member will be working with or around children on this mission trip; therefore, we require all team members to complete a criminal background check.

Prerequisites
- All participants must have a valid passport, not expiring within six months of the final date of the trip.
Restrictions
- Application must be approved by BCA
- Must be a student or chaperone at Victory Christian Academy
Preparation
- Spiritual Preparation: Begin praying for those who you will minister to, for the team, and for your own heart in particular.
- Spiritual Preparation: Consider and write out your testimony. Remember that you will be working through translators, so write it simple, direct, and clear.
- Spiritual Preparation: Do not expect that you will do in some other place what you are unwilling to do here... so start
- Physical Preparation: Packing lists and cultural information will come as the trip approaches.
